Pre-Construction
Construction
We work with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Sustainable Design Consultants to evaluate and incorporate sustainable design and construction into the project. We support environmentally responsible decisions in the design, construction and operation of buildings, whether or not the client chooses to pursue certification.
Sustainability
During the construction phase, we use our systematic management approach to deliver a quality project on time or ahead of schedule, within budget, and to specifications. We mobilize our staff and builders, and collaborate closely with the entire project team to make the vision a reality.
Design-Build
Our architects, designers, and builders work together as one team on design-build projects, and are responsible for the design and construction. In the design phase, the architects and engineers work closely with the client to understand the vision. During construction, the builders plan, supervise, and execute each phase, keeping clients abreast of milestones.

Akbar Contracting offers a complete range of dedicated interior services. We provide remodeling and new interior turn-key solutions. Our team uses solution-based thinking, creative strategies, technologies, and materials to execute and deliver a high level of value to your finished interior product.
Maintenaince
Akbar Contracting offers full service facilities maintenance and repair services. Our experienced team of professionals maintain properties, perform small repairs, and we have the capability to perform major upgrades. Our focus is to provide quality repairs and upgrades efficiently.

Akbar Contracting was founded in 2014 and we've been on an epic ride ever since. We're a team of creative professionals, passionate about building. We get asked a lot, "what's behind the name?" Akbar, simply means "Great". Our hard work has put us on the map, and our commitment to be "great" keeps us there.
